The service provider is Mountain Parks Electric REA. Underground electricity
is provided along Never Summer Way to the driveway entrance at each of
the homesteads.
Phone
The phone service company is Century Tel Communications. Telephone
communications are installed at the driveway location from Never Summer
Way.
Gas
Propane can be delivered from the town of Walden.
Domestic Water
All sites have a well permit, and new owners will be responsible for
drilling a well. Lot 7 has an existing well.
Road Maintenance
The developers of Connor Creek Ranch have installed a gravel road giving
access to each of the homesteads. The Connor Creek Ranch Homeowners
Association will provide annual maintenance and snow removal.
