At the north end of Never Summer Way, Homestead One is exceptionally private. The Never Summer Range’s snow capped peaks are to the south and The Medicine Bow Mountains dominate views to the east. The Michigan River valley drift off to the west. Lodgepole pine and some aspen color the site.
