Location:
Steamboat Springs is a short 60 miles to the west. The ranch lies at
an elevation of 8,500 ft. in Jackson County, Colorado, near the small community

Recreation Amenities:
Besides the multitude of recreational amenities within a quick drive
of the ranch, the on-site amenities include approximately 6½ miles
of recreational trails with access from each homestead. The trails
have been designed with a wide variety of length, terrain and landscape,
providing diverse experiences in the high-altitude landscape. Uses include horseback
riding, hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing. A 3½-acre trout lake along Connor Creek was contructed for owners'
use, including a picnic facility for campfires and recreational enjoyment.

Private Fishing:
Besides the new Connor Creek Lake, there are several
small private ponds available for homeowner use. Access is also easy
to the Michigan river from the north east corner of the ranch, just one
of the many places the recreational trails can take you.
Wildlife on the Ranch:
Seeing moose, elk and deer are commonplace on the ranch, where the
diversity of the landscape provides excellent habitat for these magnificent
creatures.
Homestead Size:
Homesteads are 35 acres plus, with a 3 acre building envelope, selected for the best views.
Home Requirement:
A minimum of 1,500 square ft total first floor, living space.
